Have you heard of 1933 Old Millfun in Shanghai? I hadn’t until last week, but had to go take a look as soon as I saw some pictures. It’s an art deco warehouse complex from the 1930’s that used to be a slaughterhouse, and now houses small shops, cafés and offices up in Hongkou District. A strange place but definitely worth a visit! More in the blog 🐾
My favorite small businesses in Shanghai now posted on the blog 👉 link in bio! Ping @spareleash @gomahealth @zoaje @soapnutrepublic @lizzysallnatural @charlottagandolfo 👏👏 I know there are so many more! Who are your favorites?
Happy 4th Shanghaiversary to me! 🎂 This city has been such a good home to @robert.ohrnberg and me. Some of my favorite memories from the past 4 years are…
This time last year 🔙🏕 Camping and trekking on the wild section of the Great Wall. I miss nature! Can’t wait for travel to be safe again and for my foot to heal so I can go hiking (or just for a long walk 😅). #greatwall #greatwallofchina #hikingadventures #missingnature #hikingvibes #beijing #beijinglife
